Access: Configuration > Business > Positions > Positions
1Search for the position to copy by using the Filters as needed.
2Under Description, click on the hyperlink of the position to copy.
3In the Position definition screen, click on Copy.
4Under Position enter the identification of the new position.
5Under Modification history, you can enter the reason for the copy.
If you want to add an item in the drop-down list, select "Add item" and enter information in the fields.
6Click on Save.
