Access: Configuration > Pay > Basic parameters per company > Service agreement
This screen presents information on the Service agreement, namely the contract duration, renewal date and service list.
If you have more than one company, you will first have to select the desired company.
Here is the description of the information contained in the fields under the Services list:
▪Description: provides the title and/or content of the report or service.
▪Type: indicates the nature of the service, e.g. a report (paper, PDF).
▪Frequency: determines the period or frequency that the service is produced or provided.
There is no frequency for the Service type.
▪Billing: shows how the service fees are applied.
▪Fees: displays the costs associated with the service.
