Consulting the employee profile summary

Access : Employee file > Employee > Profile >Employee profile summary

The Employee profile summary function allows you to view the summary of an employee’s employment profile according to periods of employment, notably their employment, position, and remuneration.

1Select the employee.

2Under Messages, a message and hyperlinks are displayed according to employee status and your user access.

Things to remember

3Under Periods of employment, the Period field indicates which period of employment the information is associated to. If the employee has more than one period of employment, select the desired period to display the information pertaining to it.

4Refer to Employment, Positions, Remuneration, Attached documents, Personal income tax s and tax reductions, Payment method, etc. to view the additional information present in the employee file.

Attached documents is displayed according to your access rights to Confidential data (User management > User profile > Access to functions). For more information, refer to Attached document management.

Things to remember

If you use the Human resources solution, you can refer to the different Human resources information included in the employee file by clicking on each of the functions available in the Human resources menu.
