Access: Human resources > Training management > Training sessions
1Under Filters, use the filters to refine your search.
2Click on Refresh.
3Make your changes in the available fields for each session.
▪If there is a start date but no end date, the start date will also appear as the end date upon saving.
▪If you are changing a session’s status to ”Completed” or “Cancelled”, each participant’s status will be automatically updated upon saving.
▪If you are changing a session’s status to “Completed” and you haven’t changed the Hourly rate or Province of employment fields in the Participants tab, a verification will be run for each participant upon saving to make sure that these fields’ values correspond to the last change made before the session end date and update them automatically if needed.
4Click on Save.
▪After saving, if an error is detected or a warning message is generated, no sessions can be updated. Slide the cursor over the icon to view an error message or the icon to view a warning message. Make the necessary corrections and re-save.
