Configuring the leaves and banks legend

Access: Configuration > Business > Configuration > Leaves and banks calendar legend

This function enables the configuration of the legend.

1If you have more than one company, first select the company.  

2Select the letters and title of your choice under French legend and English legend.

3Click on Save to complete the process.

Things to remember

For users who have activated the Absence requests management and only use the Time Management solution, a "Yes" is displayed in the Absence requests column when the Available for absence requests box is checked in the Hour type definition screen (Time> Hours types > Hours types). This indicates that the bank is associated with an hour type that is configured for absence requests.
