Blocking errors

Things to remember

⇨When processing the Simulation version of the report, if a blocking error is detected, you must correct it before the Final report is generated.

⇨As soon as blocking errors are detected in the final version, the monthly report can no longer be transmitted to the CCQ. You remain responsible for transmitting the data and making the remittances to the CCQ.

⇨Error messages come directly from the CCQ and are provided in French only.

Explanation: The payroll service is not authorized to exchange data with the CCQ.

Action required before generating the final report:

▪Log in to your employer account on the CCQ website to authorize Nethris as your payroll service provider.

▪Contact the CCQ for more information on the procedure.
hmtoggle_plus1E03 Numéro d’employeur non valide ou inexistant

Explanation: The CCQ number associated with the payroll file does not match the number registered on the CCQ website.

Action required before generating the final report:

▪Provide us with your CCQ employer number by calling our customer service: 1 800 361-5001.

hmtoggle_plus1E11 Salarié non trouvé

Explanation: The employee is not registered on the CCQ website for this employer, or the SIN associated with the employee is incorrect..

Action required before generating the final report:

▪Verify that all employees are correctly registered on the CCQ website; if not, register the missing employees..
hmtoggle_plus1E13 Employeur non enregistré

Explanation: The CCQ number associated with the payroll file does not match the number registered on the CCQ website.

Action required before generating the final report:

▪Register as an employer on the CCQ website.

▪Ensure that the payroll service is authorized to submit the report and remittances on your behalf.

▪Contact the CCQ for more information on the procedure.

Explanation:

▪Data has already been entered on the CCQ website for this payroll period;

▪More than one payroll company is associated with the same CCQ employer number (with the same or different payroll providers).

▪You must submit your monthly report and make your remittance yourself on the CCQ website.

▪Contact the CCQ for more information on the procedure.

Depending on the situation:

▪Wait for the payroll service to transmit the information to the CCQ before adding, modifying, or deleting data on the CCQ website.

Explanation: The minimum required paid hours have not been met.

Action required before generating the final report:

▪Ensure that the total cumulative hours for the month meet or exceed the minimum required by the CCQ for employees with status H or I, and make the necessary corrections.

Warning IMPORTANT

⇨ Error E90 (27) is considered as non-compliant data in the simulation-type report. If the minimum is met by the end of the period, the final simulation report will not be blocked, and the payroll service will be able to transmit the final report and remittance to the CCQ.;

⇨ Error E90 (27) becomes a blocking error if it is not corrected before the production of the final-type report. If the minimum is not met by the end of the period, the Final report will not be generated: you must transmit the report and remittance to the CCQ yourself.

Explanation: The number of paid hours is lower than the number of payable hours.

▪Verify the paid hours for the employee with status E;

▪Ensure their total hours are lower than the combined hours of employees without a status;

▪Make the necessary corrections.
