Allow Users-access to functions to manage payroll approval

User management > User profile > Access to functions

The Application Manager can grant access to the User – access to functions of their choice allowing them to monitor approval requests and manage payroll approvers.

1Follow the path indicated above and select the User – access to functions of your choice.

2Make sure the user has access to the Track payroll approval requests function. This access allows them to track payroll approval requests that have been submitted.  

If the user already has full access to the Payroll and HR section, no action is required — access is granted by default.

If not, search for Payroll approval (under the Payroll and HR section), then check Complete in the Track payroll approval requests function.  

3Locate the Manage payroll approvers section, and select Complete access for the Manage payroll approvers function. This access allows the user to configure the payroll approval process — that is, to activate the process for companies (Step 1) and add payroll approvers (Step 2).
