Access: Employee file > Record of employment > Generate a record of employment
Things to remember A ROE may be reissued for many reasons. For example, an erroneous hiring or last day paid was entered, the wrong employee was selected, the reason for issuing the ROE was incorrect, etc. |
1Select the employee. 2Under Record, enter the serial number of the ROE issued in the Modified or replaced record’s serial no. 3To produce the ROE along with the pay stub, leave Produce with payroll checked. To produce a ROE between pay periods, click here.
4Modify the data, as needed. 5Under Modification history, select the Modification reason, as needed. 6Click on Save to complete the procedure. |
