Rate only: Item from the dropdown list of the Wages display format field. When selected only the hourly rate will show (variable number of hours worked at a fixed hourly rate).

Reduced rate (Employment insurance rate): Employment insurance rate given to an employee file that meets the conditions for the EI reduced rate. The employer may benefit from a reduced rate if he offers a short-time disability plan to his employees. As other conditions may apply, please refer directly to the website of Service Canada, which is responsible for granting reduced rates.

Regular rate (Employment insurance rate): Employment insurance rate given to an employee file subject to an EI regular rate.

Regular rate (Employee type): Employee type identifying permanent full-time employment.  

Remuneration type: Field determines the remuneration type used for the payroll calculation. The remuneration types are: Manual, Hourly rate or Wages per period.

Report generator (RG): Complementary tool used to produce reports and design personalized report templates with your data (PDF, Excel or other formats).
