A Bank Import Template is available on the Documentation page (Docum > Documentation) to help you prepare your file.

Format

The file format compatible with the payroll application is Excel (.xls, .xlsx).

Parameters  

The file size must not exceed 5 MB.

The decimal separator in amounts should be the period (.) or the comma (,).

A file can only contain data from one company at the time.

All data must be included in the first sheet of the Excel file. Other sheets will not be processed.

Unlike other fields (where positive or negative values adjust the balance), if the import file contains a valid rate (between 0 and 9,999.9999), it replaces the rate set in the bank parameter.

If no rate is specified in the import file, the rate from the payroll application’s bank settings is retained.
