Grant required access to payroll automation

User management > User profile > Access to functions

The Application Manager can grant users the necessary access to enable or disable payroll automation.

1Follow the path indicated above and select the User – access to functions of your choice.

2Locate the Payroll - Basic parameters per company section, and select Complete access for the Payroll configuration and Enable automatic payroll functions. This will allow the user to access the Configuration menu and enable or disable payroll automation in each authorized payroll company.  

Warning If the user already has full access to the Payroll and HR section, no action is required — access is granted by default.  

3Click Save.

Important

The payroll automation service cannot be used if you are already subscribed to Time and attendance, Employee request management and Payroll approval request management.
