Access: Time > Time sheet control > Validation of warnings
This function is used for viewing the list of hour types with insufficient balance and for identifying the hour type with the anticipated status.
1To identify an hour type with the “Anticipated” status, check the desired Hour type status.
2If you do not check the hour type, it will keep the Paid/Taken status.
3Click on Save to complete the procedure.
Things to remember ▪The function is only available when the user profile has the necessary authorization, that is the Validation of warnings – Anticipated banks available under Access to functions (User management > User profile) screen. ▪Check the box on the first row of the table to mass generate the bank transactions with the Anticipated status. |
