The Training management function displays all the sessions for which an employee is registered, regardless of the status. It allows you to assign an individual training plan to an employee, view it, and add, modify, or delete training activities.
Access: Human resources > Training management
1Under Individual training plan, click on Add. 2In the Selection of activities window, use the filters to refine your activity search, then click on Refresh.
3Check the boxes of the desired activities, then click on OK. 4Select or modify the Required field. ▪It is displayed automatically if it was entered in the training plan (Human resources > Training management > Training plans). If the activity comes from a session it is not displayed. 5Modify the other information if needed. ▪Assigned on: If you have defined a task on the Time frame for the training plan activity, a task will be generated according to the date indicated in this field. See Defining a customized task. ▪Status: Select “Recognized” when an employee has already taken the training and does not need to take it again. This Status changes automatically to “Completed” when the session status of a participant is modified to ”Completed” (Participant definition screen field). ▪Delay is displayed automatically if it was entered in the training plan (Human resources > Training management > Training plans). If the activity comes from a session it is not displayed. ▪The Source indicates whether or not the activity was added from a training plan. 6Under Notes, enter additional information if needed. 7Click on Save to complete the procedure. |
