Access: Employee file > Employee > Profile > Deductions to be recovered
This procedure allows you to merge a deduction that appears more than once in the deductions to be recovered.
1Under Specific filters, select a deduction from Deductions , then click on Refresh to display this deduction only, if needed.
2Under Deductions to be recovered, enter the same Recovery date for the deduction or deductions that you wish to merge.
3Click on Save.
4Check the message informing you that the recovery date exists for more than one deduction and that they will be merged.
5Click on Save to complete the procedure.
