Things to remember ▪Ensure that a person in charge of monitoring stop payment requests has been identified. 1Under List of stopped payments, click on Create a stopped deposit or on Create a stopped cheque.
2Under Company information, select the Company, if needed.
3Modify the Telephone, if needed.
Important The telephone number displayed by default is the one we have in your company file. If you decide to modify it in this step, the phone number we have in your company file will not be modified. |
4Under the Stopped deposit(s) or Stopped cheque(s), select the Production date - payment – batch no. field (the last seven pay periods are available).
5Select the stop payment Reason.
6Click on Add elements to select the payment you wish to stop.
Important To issue stop payments for an entire payroll production and reduce costs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. The stop deposit and stop cheque group will be available for consultation only. |
7Under Filters, select the search filters as needed and click on Refresh.
8Under List of deposits or List of cheques, check the boxes of the payments you wish to stop.
9Click on Select.
▪You cannot select a cheque that has a Stopped, Cashed or Expired status.
10Take note of the stop payment Fees and Total fees associated with stopped payment.
▪A stop payment can be deleted by clicking on

11Enter Notes, if needed.
▪These notes are reserved for your exclusive use.
12Click on Save to complete the la procedure. You will then be directed to the confirmation screen.
