Access: Configuration > General Ledger > Correspondences > Divisions
1Under List of correspondences, click on Add.
2Click on (or on for job numbers) to display the list of all available elements.
▪The fields are displayed according to the selected organizational structure level.
3Enter the number of the organizational structure level or the job numbers of your accounting system in the GL field (the name of the field differs according to the selected organizational structure level.
4Enter a French description and an English description.
5Click on Save to complete the procedure.
