With request management, employees can submit different requests to approvers, who can approve or refuse them. There are two request types:
▪General requests: Requests related to insurance, computer equipment, etc.
▪Absence requests: Requests related to leave, vacation, etc.
Access: > Requests 1Click on Add a request. ▪The Add a request screen appears if the business manages the two request types (general and absence) or if you have more than one employment profile. 2If you have more than one employment profile, select the one that corresponds to the request you are creating. 3From the Reason list, select a reason other than “Absence”. 4On the Request screen, enter the information to create your request. 5Click on: ▪Save to save your request. The status will remain “Not submitted”. OR ▪Submit to send the request to your approver. The status will change to “Pending approval”.

These hours will be recalculated according to the hours entered under Absence hrs.
8Under Start (hh:mm), indicate the absence start time. This is for information purposes only. 9Under Notes, enter a message for the approver if needed. 10Click on: ▪ Save to save your request. The status will remain as “Not submitted.” Note that requests with this status are not visible to the approver. OR ▪Submit to transmit your request to your approver. The status will change to “Approval pending.” The Submit button is only activated if email address has been validated.

Access: > Requests 1If you have more than one employment profile, select the right one and the appropriate Filters to target the requests to display. 2Click on Refresh. The filtered requests will appear under List of requests. ▪Any status change generates a notification. ▪If the icon appears to the right of the Status date, the approver has left a comment. To display the request and view the Response to employee, click on the Date. 3Under List of requests, click on the Date of the request you want to view. Modifying or deleting a requestOnly non-submitted requests can be modified or deleted. Enter the required information and then, click on Submit or Delete. To modify or delete a request that has already been submitted, you must ask your approver to reject it. |
