Access: Payroll > Validate and process payroll > Validate hourly rates
Control over hourly rates is useful namely for salary scale management.
1Under Filters, select an operator, then enter the desired hourly rate.
2If needed, use the filters to customize the employee list display according to your company’s configuration (organizational structure and job numbers).
For job number users, please note that job numbers are displayed according to your business’s configuration. If your business has at least one (1)
company using job numbers, the job numbers will be displayed in the filters.
3Click on Refresh, to view the employee list.
