Viewing the monitoring dashboard

Access: User management > Tools > Monitoring dashboard

This screen is exclusive to the Application manager user type.

It can be used to check important changes made in the company: bank accounts modified in employee files and access to functions granted to users by users who do not have the access rights to the functions granted.

Checking the Monitoring dashboard is important so that you can exercise better control over the integrity and accessibility of the data in your company.

A message is sent by SMS or email every day at 3 p.m. to the application manager when at least one change is made to the above-mentioned elements.

The communication is sent by SMS if the application manager has a validated mobile phone number, otherwise by email if the application manager only has a validated email address.
