Since the procedure to apply a template is similar for all employee templates, we present you with an example of a template under the Employment section (from the Employment and Compensation function). 1Click on Apply an employee template. 2Check the chosen template from the new window. 3Click on OK. ▪View the content of a template before applying it. The content of the first template is displayed by default at the bottom of the window. ▪To view another template, select the button on the line of the chosen template. ▪Only the fields whose values have been entered will be displayed.
4Confirm the information and if needed, modify them. 5If needed, fill out the fields with no values.

The application of an employee template is possible for the mass update of earnings and deductions as well as for the mass update of banks. Since the procedure is similar for all these functions, we present you with an example of an earnings and deductions update. 1Under Earnings and deductions to be added or modified (or Bank to add or modify), once you have entered the criteria and other information required for the mass update, select “Apply an employee template”, in the Selection. 2Click on and view the list of available templates. 3Check a template and view the content. 4Click on OK. ▪The chosen template for the mass update of Earnings and deductions must only contain earnings or deductions. If it contains other information such as a work number or a payment method, an error message will be displayed. 5In the displayed window, check your chosen option: Add, Add/ Modify or Replace. 6Click on Apply.
