Reissuing a ROE that has NOT been sent to the government

Access: Employee file > Record of employment > Generate a record of employment

Things to remember

If you produced an erroneous ROE and have not sent it to the government yet, you may delete it and start over without any intervention on our part.

1Select the employee.

2Search for the ROE you have to reissue in the list and click on the RemoveItem icon to delete it.

Important

If you already sent the ROE to the government, you are required to issue a corrected one. A warning message will pop up reminding you of this requirement when deleting the ROE.

3Under Modification history, select the Modification reason, as needed.

4Click on Save to complete the procedure.

Things to remember

Once the ROE is deleted, a modification history will be created and stored in the Record of employment modification function (Employee file > History).
