Rapport des données personnelles (Paie par téléphone)

Employees have the right to request a report of the personal information contained in their employee file within our payroll application.

This report must be requested from the payroll department by the employer only following the employee's request. Therefore, only one report can be produced at a time.

For security reasons, the report will be automatically deleted after four days of its publication.

1.Request the report by using the Contact Us function (Docum > Contact Us) in our payroll application.

You will receive an email confirmation when the report has been produced.

1.To retrieve the report, log in to the payroll application with your usual login information.

2.Click on the Reports menu, then on Payroll results and on Payroll reports (PDF).

3.Choose the report named Personal information report and click on Refresh.

4.Click on the report’s hyperlink to download it. The report will be generated in PDF format only.

5.Save the report on your computer to be able to forward it to your employee afterward.

The transmission, retention and destruction of this report remain your responsibility.

The information contained in this report should not be altered.
