Deleting a recipient from a communication

Access: Configuration > Communications > Business notification rules

1Select, as required, a trigger event in the Filters and click on Refresh.

2Click on Event in the Communications definition table.

3Under Individual recipients assignment, click on the x bleu of the recipient to delete.

4Click on Save.

Important

You must select another recipient before deleting if the recipient to be deleted is the only one receiving communications for a mandatory event that does not have a default recipient.
