Access: Configuration > Communications > Business notification rules
1Select, as required, a trigger event in the Filters and click on Refresh.
2Click on Event in the Communications definition table.
3Under Individual recipients assignment, click on the of the recipient to delete.
4Click on Save.
Important You must select another recipient before deleting if the recipient to be deleted is the only one receiving communications for a mandatory event that does not have a default recipient. |
