Access: Configuration > Business > Rate modifications > WCB remittance rate (or SST and WCB)
•Under Classification rate for each company, enter the required information for each company:
▪Nest rate: Rate indicated on the WCB notice that you received. The rate has to be higher than 0. If it is higher than 15%, a message will be displayed asking you to confirm the date entered. The rate is mandatory when there is an effective date.
▪Effective date: Date for which the rate will be applied. Only a date within the current year or the next year is accepted. If no date is entered, the date of the current day is generated.
2Click on Save. The information entered will be transferred in Next rate and Effective date.
▪A history will be created automatically. Click on History to view it.
Things to remember ▪The province shown is the one related to the company’s classification rate. ▪The Added term will show when a new effective date is entered (whether the rate is different from the previous rate or not) and the term Modified designates a rate change. |
