Inactive (Employee status): Employee status indicating that an employee stopped working temporarily. His file is not permanently closed since his return to work is expected in the future (maternity leave or sick leave).

Increase factor: Percentage or amount attributed for the calculation of a bank in an employee file (4% of the net salary accumulated for a vacation amount, for example).

Insurable (Hours and amounts): Quantities and monetary amounts eligible to EI or to another existing contribution in the company (union, pension fund, group RRSP, etc.)
