Access: Configuration > General Ledger > Correspondences > Earnings and deductions
1Under List of correspondences, click on Add.
2Click on to select a Type of Earnings and deductions.
3Enter the Code number.
4Enter the information pertaining to your company’s different organizational structure levels or job numbers in the relevant fields
5Click on to select the type of entries to Apply to entries.
6Click on Save to complete the procedure.
Tips and Tricks Once you have created the correspondences, use the search filters. Under Filters, select Type or Code, then click on Refresh. |
