Viewing admissible weeks for holiday calculation (Holiday management option)

Access: Configuration > Pay > Admissible weeks for holiday calculation

This function is intended for businesses that use the Holiday management option.

Used for consultation purposes, this function displays the number of weeks eligible for the automatic calculation of the amount to be paid for a holiday for all Canadian provinces as well as for a business under federal jurisdiction.

Under List of earnings by province, the table displays, by earnings and by province, the number of weeks not worked (No. wks not wrk), the number of weeks worked (No. wks worked) and the Effective date.    

Things to remember

The number of weeks not worked (No. wks not wrk) indicates the number of weeks eligible for the calculation of a statutory holiday not worked.

The number of weeks worked (No. wks worked) indicates the number of weeks eligible for the calculation of a worked statutory holiday.
