Viewing payroll transactions modifications

Access: Payroll > Data entry > History > Payroll transactions modifications

1Under Filters, the Last modifications box is checked by default to show the modifications made since the last payroll transmission. To do a search for a specific period, uncheck the box and enter the desired dates.

2Use the other filters or enter the Earning / deduction field directly to refine your search if needed.

The Earning/ deduction field will search all the descriptions containing the characters entered, whether in upper or lower case.

3Click on Refresh.

4Under Modification list, the modification details are displayed.  

5Click on the Date and hour hyperlink to display the Detail of the transaction window.

6Click on Edit. In the Update Detail window, modify the Reason and add notes, if needed.

To add an item to the Reason drop-down list, select “Add item” and complete the field.

For job number users, please note that job numbers are displayed according to your business’s configuration. If your business has at least one (1)

company using job numbers, the job numbers will be displayed in the filters.
