Access: > Attendance
The content of this screen is displayed according to your user access granted by the manager of your business.
It can be divided in two sections: a bank summary (in table format) and a calendar.
According to the solutions used by your business, other information may be displayed. For more information, click here.

Summary section
1If you have more than one employment profile, select the desired Profile.
2You can change the default view “Current banks”, by selecting “Previous banks” if needed.
3In the Banks table, click on the desired bank to display Bank details window.
▪The banks are displayed as configured by the manager of your business.
4Click on Close or the X to close the window.
Calendar section
The calendar displays your absences accounted for in the payroll (vacation, sickness, statutory holidays, etc.), as well as other absences related to the complementary solutions used by your business.
1If you have more than one employment profile, select the desired Profile.
2If your business uses complementary solutions (HR, Absence requests), choose the absence display by checking or unchecking the desired absence types.
3The Legend underneath the calendar provides the description of the letters related to the absence types.
4Click on Previous or Next to modify the year (the current year is displayed by default).
