Self-service self registration  - Additional information

Introduction

The following information is intended for clients using the Self-service solution.

Things to remember

Self-registration to Self-service is available for the “Employee – access to self-service only” Type of use. The process involves sending an employee an invitation email containing a URL address and a unique identifier so that they can self-register for Self-Service; this email does not contain any sensitive data (user code, company code and password).

Before sending the email, verify the following information. If there is any incorrect or missing information, the avertissemnt jaune icon will display.  

oThe employee's SIN must be different than ''0“ or ''000000000“.

oThe employee must have a valid and unique email address (professional or other).

oThe employee must have a valid cell phone number.

You must pre-determine the information that your employees will have access to, other than Pay stubs and Tax slips, which are available by default.  

Launch the Self-service self-registration through the following functions:  

oHire a employee. The Send a self-registration email for Self-service link is available through the Personal information screen, which automatically displays once the new employee’s data is saved.

oPersonal information. Useful for adding Self-service to an employee already active in your company.

oCreate self-service users. Useful for the mass email transmission to user for self-registration to self-service.
