Access: Employee file > Tools > Mass update > Percentage distribution
1Select the employee.
2Under Distribution list, click on Add.
3Enter the data in the organizational structure fields or job number fields.
▪Click on the icon for the list of each one of the structure levels and segment configuration.
Important ▪Fixed earnings and deductions in an employee’s employment profile (Employee file > Employee > Profile) must have the same percentage distribution as specified in that screen. ▪A warning message will appear when saving the data advising you to verify the distribution in the employee file. |
4Enter the % cost dist.
▪An error message will appear if one of the following conditions is not met: There must be a single distribution line per administrative structure or per job number. The percentage total must equal 100.
5Click on Save to complete the procedure.
