✓If your business uses a customized API connector (in-house type), please refer to the "API - Data Access" guide available in the Reference Documents section of the Documentation page (

✓You must contact our customer service by submitting a request in the Contact us function ( > Contact us) to obtain your API user name.
✓Next, create a services user. To do so, check the Activate service users box available under the Service users section. See the procedure.
oOnly the application manager can create service users.
