1Under Application programming interface (API), check the Activate API connector box.
▪Only the application manager can activate an the API and create service users associated withto external applications.
▪If your business uses a customized API connector (in-house type), please refer to the "API - Data Access" guide available in the Reference Documents section of the Documentation page. You must contact our customer service by submitting a request in the Contact us function (
> Contact us) to obtain your API user name.
2Click on Save.
3Click on the Add a user hyperlink displayed in the message. You will be automatically redirected to this function to create your services user to which you can associate the desired application. See Creating a services user (exclusive to API).
